We support product customization across ear studs, rings, eternity bands, bracelets and necklaces. Individual clients can request one custom piece, while trade buyers can develop batch programs. All jewelry categories can be made with white diamonds or fancy colors such as blue, pink and yellow.

Standard customization or full-service development.
Buyers can begin from an existing reference or request a deeper development process. Clients can send photos, sketches or reference links, then we translate the direction into CAD/modeling and production-ready details. Private customers may start from a single piece, while trade buyers can request batch programs. For stones above 1 carat, certificates can be arranged according to the order requirement.
Standard Customization
Adjust existing styles by stone size, diamond color, metal color, plating, size range and either single-piece or batch order quantity.
Full-Service High Customization
Develop a complete style from client-provided photos, sketches or reference links, then translate the direction into CAD/modeling, stone plan, sample review, owned production confirmation and quotation.

Payment & Contract
French order process, payment and invoice.
R.Lornez operates as a France / EU brand company. For trade procurement or private custom orders, the commercial process can be handled by written order documents, bank transfer and a French invoice after confirmation.
Quotation in EUR
We issue a written quotation with product scope, quantity, delivery market and VAT display adapted to trade or private-client orders.
Custom or purchase agreement
Confirmed orders can proceed with a customization agreement, purchase contract or order confirmation depending on buyer type.
Bank transfer payment
Payment can be handled by bank transfer, with deposit, balance and delivery terms stated in the order documents.
French invoice
A French invoice or order invoice is provided with billing details, VAT treatment and HT / TVA / TTC totals where applicable.

Quoted HT by default.
For B2B trade orders, quotations are clearer when issued excluding VAT (HT) by default. The final invoice then shows the VAT line and total including VAT (TTC) when VAT applies. Intra-EU or export VAT treatment is confirmed from buyer status, VAT number, delivery market and export documents.
Private custom orders
Final amount shown TTC.
For private French clients, the custom quotation should show the final amount including VAT (TTC) when VAT applies. The written order confirmation can define the CAD/modeling scope, deposit, balance payment, delivery terms and invoice details before production begins.
