Orders & Inquiry
Who can order from R.Lornez?
R.Lornez supports both private clients and trade buyers. A private client can request a single custom piece, while trade clients can discuss samples, batch quantities and category programs.
Can R.Lornez supply e-commerce jewelry businesses?
Yes. R.Lornez can support e-commerce boutiques, independent online stores and jewelry resellers with product references, sample review, batch supply, category planning and custom production confirmation before quotation.
How should I send an inquiry?
Please send the product type, reference image or link, quantity, delivery market, stone size, diamond color, metal preference, certificate need and budget range. The website form collects these details and sends them to the R.Lornez mailbox.
Can I start with only a photo or sketch?
Yes. Clients can provide a photo, sketch, reference link or product page. R.Lornez can review feasibility, rebuild the direction through CAD/modeling and confirm stone layout before quotation or sampling.
Do you contact the production side directly with my details?
R.Lornez handles the custom process through owned source production capability. You communicate with R.Lornez by email first; when useful, a production-side video confirmation can be coordinated after the brief is clear.
Diamonds & Customization
What type of diamonds do you work with?
The brand focuses on laboratory-grown diamonds, including white diamonds and fancy color directions such as blue, pink and yellow. Final availability depends on stone specification, size and budget.
Which jewelry categories can be customized?
Core categories include ear studs, rings, eternity bands, bracelets and necklaces. R.Lornez can support existing-style adjustment or full-service high customization from reference direction to production review.
Can I request a certificate?
For stones of 1.00 ct and above, certificate options can be quoted depending on the stone specification, budget and client requirement. Certificate choice should be confirmed before production or final stone allocation.
Can you make fancy shapes or special cuts?
Special shapes and fancy or non-standard directions can be reviewed case by case. The production plan depends on carbon source, stone target, cut feasibility and the final setting design.
Memorial Diamonds
Can R.Lornez support commemorative diamonds?
Yes. Memorial projects can be discussed for diamonds developed from personal carbon sources such as pet hair or ashes, and human hair or ashes, subject to project review and handling requirements.
Can the memorial diamond appearance be customized?
The finished stone can be discussed by appearance direction, color target, setting style and possible fancy or special-shaped cuts. Final options are confirmed after technical review.
Can you provide production video materials?
For memorial projects, production-side video materials or staged confirmation can be discussed to support trust and process transparency, depending on the project scope.
Payment, Invoice & VAT
How are quotations issued?
Quotations are normally issued in EUR. For trade orders, prices are usually clearer when shown excluding VAT (HT) by default. For private French clients, the final quoted amount should be shown including VAT (TTC) when VAT applies.
Do you provide a French invoice?
R.Lornez can provide a French invoice or order invoice with billing details, VAT treatment and totals shown clearly. The invoice format depends on buyer type, delivery market and the confirmed order structure.
Is French VAT 20% included?
VAT treatment is confirmed by buyer status, VAT number, delivery country and export documents. France domestic private sales generally need TTC clarity, while intra-EU or export situations are checked before final invoicing.
How is payment handled?
Confirmed orders can proceed by bank transfer under a customization agreement, purchase agreement or order confirmation. Deposit, balance and delivery terms are stated in the order documents.
Delivery & Order Terms
Which markets do you serve?
R.Lornez is positioned for France, the European Union and North America. Delivery feasibility, documentation and timing are confirmed according to the product and destination market.
How long does a custom order take?
Lead time depends on design complexity, CAD/modeling, stone sourcing, certificate need, sampling and production schedule. A more accurate timeline is provided after the first technical review.
Can custom orders be returned?
Custom and high-value orders should have written terms before production starts. Return, cancellation, remake and defect-handling conditions are confirmed in the order documents according to buyer type and applicable rules.
What happens after I submit the form?
The system sends your inquiry to R.Lornez and sends you an automatic confirmation email with a reference number. R.Lornez then reviews the brief and replies by email with the next quotation or production confirmation step.
Still Deciding
Send the references you already have.
A photo, sketch, product link, stone direction or target budget is enough to begin a first review. R.Lornez will reply by email with the next quotation or confirmation step.
